2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 15 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
